• White, chalky haze spreading across the surface. That’s efflorescence, common on Tremron pavers in humid climates. It’s a cosmetic issue, not structural, but the salts leaching through the concrete can’t simply be pressure-washed off without a proper cleaner. Scrubbing with the wrong acid etches the surface permanently.
• Polymeric sand washing out after every rain. This tells us the joints are too wide or the sand was never activated correctly during the original installation.
